ATS Bolted Saddle Tap Installation

1. Tap collar와 메인의 구멍들을 잘 맞추고 정렬되도록 tap을 올바른 위치에 물기 없이 맞춥니다.
2. 안장(saddle)이 연결될 부위에 ChemBond putty mix를 메인 덕트 상단에 바릅니다.
3. Saddle Tap 아랫부분에도 ChemBond putty mix를 바릅니다.
4. 비닐 에스테르 볼트를 삽입하고 너트를 조입니다. 플랜지에 볼트를 조일 때 십자패턴으로 조여 메인덕트에 균일한 압력으로 tap이 눌리게 되야 합니다. 초과 사용된 퍼티는 매끄럽게 만들어 줍니다.
